Monika has 18 years of experience in HR and holds an MBA, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our organization.  While she has collaborated with companies of all sizes and industries, her most meaningful work has been with non-profit organizations. Monika has a genuine connection to these organizations, enjoying the process of helping them develop strong teams and strategies that support their mission.



Outside of her professional life, Monika stays active in her community and loves spending time with her family and her black lab, Nella.
